returns + exchanges

made-to-order pieces

made-to-order pieces are only cut and sewn once your order has been placed, and are therefore final sale. we do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items. 

ready-to-ship

ready-to-ship items are eligible to exchange for store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 

in-store (off the rack) purchases

all in-store (off the rack) purchases are final sale, as they are made in tiny batches. we encourage you to try everything on in store before you purchase!

refunds

full monetary refunds are only considered on a case-by-case basis if there is an error or fault with the fabric or construction of the piece. please reach out to me directly with a description and photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your piece, and I'll always do my best to find a fair resolution!

we use the made-to-order and small batch ready-to-ship models to keep waste and in-house stock low, and having pieces returned diminishes the purpose of this. if you're unsure of how an item will fit, don't hesitate to reach out with your measurements and I will help suggest the best fit for your body!

conditions

items being exchanged for store credit must be in original, unworn condition, with tags. we reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

the customer is responsible for all exchange shipping charges.

items that have been lost, damaged or refused during delivery are the responsibility of the customer or postal service and will not result in a refund.
